The candidate should have extensive Military Health System experience, DoD/VA program expertise, and PMP certification to drive complex federal healthcare contracts to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 20 years in the Military Health System (MHS).
• Minimum 10 years in DoD/VA program management.
• Minimum 10 years of contract management experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Public Trust background investigation at proposal submission.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and day-to-day management of contract operations, personnel, schedules, and deliverables.
• Oversee support for joint DoD/VA committees, healthcare resource sharing initiatives, the JIF, and DVPO operations.
• Serve as primary contractor interface with the Government's COR.
• Develop and implement program management strategies, quality control procedures, and performance monitoring.
