Guidehouse Inc. seeks a Senior Consultant in Public Sector Health to support federal oversight, monitoring, and program integrity activities for block grant programs. You will work with federal staff, grant recipients, and project teams to assess risks, conduct monitoring, and develop actionable recommendations.

The role emphasizes client-facing deliverables, strong analytical skills, and collaboration across teams in fast-paced environments. LIHEAP/CSBG experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to assess risks and develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and synthesizing information from multiple sources.

Responsabilités

• Support federal clients in conducting targeted oversight and monitoring activities for federal grants programs.
• Review audit findings, recipient responses, corrective-action plans, internal control documentation to assess risks.
• Conduct targeted remote and onsite monitoring activities in response to findings or emerging risks.
• Assess policies, procedures, program operations, and internal controls to identify risks and monitoring concerns.
• Evaluate corrective actions and follow-up on unresolved monitoring findings.
• Assist in inventory and closure of aged monitoring findings and corrective-action items.
• Analyze trends across monitoring findings and risk indicators to identify concerns.
• Develop monitoring reports, findings summaries, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with federal, state, local, nonprofit stakeholders to gather information.
