Qualifications

• Five+ or more years in federal financial management, budget execution, or program controls.
• Experience presenting executive-level analyses and briefings.
• Advanced Excel and Office 365 proficiency; data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial analysis, budget formulation and execution recommendations.
• Lead budgets, spend plans, forecasts, and multi-year funding strategies for TSA initiatives.
• Develop executive dashboards and briefing materials on financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal financial management policies and governance.
• Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to align financial strategies.
