Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in federal financial management, budget execution, acquisition support, program controls, or financial analysis.
• Minimum 5 years supporting DHS, TSA, FAA, DoD or similar federal agency with acquisition and financial strategies.
• Experience presenting executive-level financial analyses and briefings.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office 365; experience with financial reporting and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial analysis, budget formulation and execution recommendations with data-driven insights.
• Lead development and monitoring of program budgets, spend plans, forecasts and multi-year funding strategies.
• Analyze obligations, expenditures and funding trends to forecast requirements and risks.
• Develop executive dashboards and briefing materials on financial performance and risks.
• Ensure budget, procurement, labor and contract data compliance with federal rules.
