Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Technical Escalation Engineer to support mission-critical Federal networking switching environments, focusing on Juniper EX and QFX platforms in secure facilities.

This onsite role in Herndon, VA requires TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years of enterprise networking, and a track record of leading high-priority escalations, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required at time of hire.
• Onsite 5 days a week in Herndon, VA (9AM–5PM EST).
• 10+ years of enterprise networking experience in large production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of high-priority executive-level customer escalations.
• Serve as senior GovTAC escalation point for Federal customers using Juniper switching.
• Drive troubleshooting during Severity 1 incidents and outages.
• Perform advanced root cause analysis across networking, software, and hardware domains.
• Collaborate with Engineering to identify defects and validate fixes.
