Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking an experienced ERM professional to support the administration and execution of the client’s enterprise risk management program in a fast-paced consulting environment.

You will monitor risk trends, perform risk assessments, and help maintain the risk register and response plans while coordinating with risk owners and governance bodies. Strong CMSO/ERM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of enterprise risk management experience.
• Experience with Federal agencies or regulated environments is preferred.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and execution of the client's ERM program.
• Maintain awareness of risk environments and emerging risks and their impact on risk posture.
• Support integration of risk information across business units and risk programs.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments and control evaluations.
• Maintain enterprise risk register and risk response plans.
• Monitor KRIs, KPIs, risk appetite, and tolerance levels.
• Document findings and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop risk scoring methodologies and assess ERM maturity.
