Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a consultant to support Federal Civilian Agency clients in enterprise risk management, internal controls, audit readiness, compliance, and data analysis. You will help document controls, validate evidence, and prepare audit-ready work products linked to source documentation.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years consulting or risk experience, US citizenship, ability to obtain a Public Trust, and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of consulting, audit, risk management, internal controls, compliance, data analysis, or federal delivery experience.
• Experience supporting OMB Circular A-123 and internal control documentation is a plus.
• Ability to summarize analytical findings for client review.

Responsibilities

• Support a Federal Civilian Agency client across enterprise risk management, internal controls, audit readiness, compliance, data analysis, and oversight activities.
• Assist with OMB Circular A-123 internal control documentation, testing readiness, evidence validation, corrective action tracking, and audit response packages.
• Extract, validate, reconcile, and analyze programmatic and financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, risk indicators, and documentation gaps.
• Develop analytical summaries, risk reports, issue logs, data reconciliation outputs, and audit-ready work products traceable to source documentation.
• Coordinate with program, financial, compliance, and data stakeholders to deliver accurate, complete client deliverables.
