Job summary
Sundance Consultants, part of True Environmental, seeks a senior Federal Environmental Program Director to lead the Federal Environmental Practice and act as a senior leader in CCR. This role combines business development, capture leadership, technical direction, and project delivery for complex CERCLA and RCRA investigations and compliance for federal clients.

Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of environmental consulting experience with 5+ years in federal BD and delivery.
- Demonstrated success winning and delivering federal environmental projects (DOD/DOI/EPA).
- Advanced CERCLA and RCRA knowledge; experience with CERCLA/RCRA investigations and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead Federal Environmental Practice development and delivery for CERCLA/RCRA programs.
- Provide technical direction and senior review of plans, reports, and compliance activities.
- Manage client relationships, capture strategy, and proposal leadership for MATOC/SATOC tasks.
- Mentor staff and build strong teaming relationships with primes and subcontractors.
