Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years of DoD/federal environmental project management experience.
• Professional registrations and/or PMP/PE preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects in accordance with contract and scope.
• Prepare cost estimates, internal budgets, and track job costs.
• Ensure compliance with project planning documents and QAPPs.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and CFO for status reporting and procurement.
• Assist Contracts Manager with subcontract procurement and bid evaluation.
• Supervise subcontractors including field crews and labs.
• Review field reports and prepare after action reports.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
