Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Federal Program Lead Senior Manager Energy to guide and oversee federal energy programs for U.S. government customers.

This remote role reports to the General Manager Regional LOB and requires strategic leadership across diverse teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in federal programs and 5+ years in leadership, with deep knowledge of federal contracting and energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading cross‑functional, customer‑facing programs.
• Knowledge of federal contracting vehicles and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage large programs.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee federal energy programs and initiatives for U.S. government customers.
• Develop and execute market strategy, growth and program delivery plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, finance, legal, procurement, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.
• Provide governance, metrics, reporting, and risk management for complex programs.
• Build executive relationships and conduct strategic reviews with agency stakeholders.
