Nightwing seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead day‑to‑day execution of a large CPAF software development task order in Maryland. You will coordinate Nightwing and subcontractor teams, manage staffing, schedules, and facilities, with the Technical Director owning the technical baseline.

This onsite role at our National Business Park location requires 12+ years on systems or software programs, PMP, and active TS/SCI with Polygraph. U.S. citizenship is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
• PMP certification and security clearance are required or preferred.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph and U.S. citizenship are required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily program operations across Nightwing and subcontractor teams, ensuring plan alignment and early issue surfacing.
• Execute program transition as an integrated team, including onboarding governance and reporting structures.
• Own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and cross‑team resource planning, tracking dependencies and labor burn.
• Manage the Agile delivery cadence (PI planning, sprint cadence, releases) with Release Engineers and the Technical Director.
• Direct day‑to‑day subcontractor execution: staffing actions, personnel changes, onboarding, and performance issues.
• Lead staffing operations to maintain staffing above 90% through requisitions, interviews, onboarding, and retention.
• Coordinate clearance processing, visit requests, and access for 150+ personnel with Security and ISSM.
• Oversee facility operations: seating, network, equipment, and property accountability.
• Interface daily/weekly with Government leads for tasking, status, and issue resolution.
• Run program operating rhythm: PMO syncs, reviews, action tracking, and risk/issue management.
• Collect and maintain metrics and award fee evidence to support PM self-assessments and reviews.
• Track CDRL and non‑CDRL deliverables and ensure timely preparation and delivery.
• Act for the Program Manager in their absence.
