• 10+ years of direct Federal procurement experience, either as a federal employee or contractor supporting the GS-1102 series or equivalent acquisition positions.
• Active Public Trust clearance is required.
• Familiarity with Government-wide acquisition systems FPDS, eSRS, FSRS, FBO/SAM, FAPIIS, CPARS.
• Familiarity with DoD Procurement Data Standards (PDS) and PDS Error Guide processes.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DoD Directives and Instructions, laws, regulations, and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Support IDIQ Contracts, BPAs, and coordinate with Requirements Packages.
• Review proposals against history, expenditures, and established rates to assess price reasonableness.
• Provide fact-finding, analysis, and resolution of complex problems with concrete action plans.
