A federal contracting firm is seeking a Technical Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the DHA through detailed contract evaluations and management. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of federal procurement experience, including expertise in FAR and DFARS. This is a full-time, on-site position located in San Antonio, TX, offering competitive compensation with a salary range of $90,000 to $115,000 annually.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in fields like Accounting, Business, Finance or Law is required.
• 10+ years of Federal procurement experience necessary.
• 5+ years of direct DoD procurement experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Evaluate federal contracts from cradle-to-grave.
• Prepare and respond to pre-award inquiries.
• Assist in conducting contract award activities.

Exceptional knowledge of acquisition management
