Job summary

Albers Aerospace is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee the Integrated Solutions portfolio, focusing on Defense Supply and Services. The role covers the full contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution, interfacing with government contracting officers and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely performance.

Candidates should have deep FAR/DFARS knowledge, experience with RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, and a track record managing multi-million contracts.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of statutes governing Federal contracting (FAR/DFARS, COST Accounting Standards).
Experience with government solicitations (RFP, RFQ, RFI) and various contract types.
Track record managing government contracts valued at $20M and up.
U.S. citizen and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary interface for all contracts with entities; manage contracts end-to-end.
Provide full lifecycle contract management, including negotiating and closing out contracts.
Administer awarded project contracts and monitor compliance with government regulations.
Interface with contracting officers to resolve issues and balance company and client interests.
Review pricing, delivery, and terms to ensure alignment with risk tolerances and policies.
Lead and participate in proposal responses and business development activities.
