Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive program management experience on US Government defense contracts.
• Experience managing programs from award through completion, including SOWs, CDRLs, and customer deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional integrated product teams (IPTs).
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and US Government acquisition processes.
• Experience managing program budgets, cost reporting and EACs.
• Ability obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution from contract award through closeout, managing scope, schedule, cost, and contract deliverables, including CDRLs.
• Develop and maintain program management artifacts, including PMPs, IMS, EACs, and customer/internal reporting.
• Lead IPTs across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Contracts, and other functions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and consistent execution across multi-site teams.
• Prepare and deliver program reviews, status updates, and corrective action plans.
