Job summary

I2X Technologies is a reputable technology services company serving the Federal Government, with programs across the country and in over 20 states. We seek a Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands federal contracting pace and sourcing cleared, niche talent for multiple programs.

The role requires in-person work at the Littleton office at a minimum of 3 days per week; it is not fully remote. The team operates on a salary plus commission structure with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; 3+ years recruiting with heavy sourcing required.
• Associate's Degree; 5+ years recruiting or sourcing experience may substitute.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience building a network of candidates via market research and relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hiring environment with urgency to fill roles.
• Detail-oriented with adherence to established hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and program requirements.
• Manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, pre-screening, offers, and salary negotiation.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates via platforms like ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn, and iCIMS.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing/outreach strategies to attract top talent for strategic roles.
• Ensure a smooth, transparent, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Document candidate interactions accurately to maintain data integrity and pipeline visibility.
• Build and maintain networks of cleared and technical professionals for current and future programs.
• Deliver exceptional service reflecting I2X's reputation for excellence in federal contracting.
