Job summary

ITT Enidine Incorporated in El Cajon, CA is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead the administration, negotiation, interpretation, and management of government and commercial contracts across the lifecycle.

The role collaborates with Program Management, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and Legal to support proposals, negotiations, and change management, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation while protecting company interests.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive contract management experience.
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or government contracting environments.
• Demonstrated experience interpreting, drafting, negotiating and complying with complex commercial and government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, negotiation, interpretation, and management of contracts throughout the lifecycle.
• Partner with Program Management, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to support proposal development, contract negotiations, execution, change management, and closeout activities.
• Analyze government flow-down clauses and coordinate implementation across functional teams.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, self-assessments, and customer inquiries related to contractual obligations.
• Review RFPs, RFQs, and solicitations to identify contractual risks and compliance requirements.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, commercial, financial, IP, and compliance risks.
