Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Specialized experience in pre-award, post-award, price/cost analysis and negotiations for construction, O&M, services, supplies or A-E projects.
• DoD contracting certification program and KO warrant requirements described.

Responsibilities

• Advise District Chief of Contracting on resources for programs or functions.
• Develop plans to evaluate office performance against established goals.
• Advise on increasing small business participation in contracts.
• Serve as senior advisor to District Chief and other officials on contracting.
