• Plan and conduct factual and legal research per court decisions and statutes.
• Lay the foundation for and try cases appealed to the ASBCA.
• Advise on procurement matters before contract awards.
• Provide environmental law guidance under NEPA and related statutes.
• Advise managers on employment law and related federal rules.
