• Draft solicitation packages, analyze proposals, and perform cost or price analyses to ensure compliant, fair, and reasonable contract awards.
• Lead contract negotiations for competitive and sole-source actions to establish terms and pricing objectives.
• Manage post-award contract administration by monitoring performance, reviewing invoices, and conducting site visits for compliance.
• Negotiate contract modifications, resolve disputes or claims, and execute closeouts or terminations as needed.
