Job summary

Responsibilities

Advise on Government A-E contracting procedures and their relation to design and construction.
Coordinate contracting of A-E contractors and other professionals for studies and engineering work.
Ensure timely execution of a wide range of contracting actions aligned with district goals.
Work with project managers to develop scope of work, RFPs, and independent estimates.
Perform A-E proposal analysis, negotiate objectives, and administer post-negotiation documents.
Serve as COR on A-E Task Orders and administer A-E contract actions.
