Job summary

Angayut, LLC seeks a Contract Analyst to provide on-site contract and procurement support to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. You will apply DoD contracting principles across acquisition planning, documentation, price analysis, and post-award administration.

The role demands independent work within an integrated team, adherence to applicable laws, and strong written and oral communication skills. U.S. citizenship is required, with an emphasis on compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• At least five years of direct Federal procurement experience.
• GS-1102 series or equivalent capacity as contract specialist/administrator.
• DAWIA Contracting Level II, FAC-C, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS and DoD directives.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of acquisition management from planning to closeout.
• Apply the FAR, DFARS, DoD directives, and related laws and procedures.
• Assist with requirements development, market research, solicitation documents, evaluations, and award documentation.
• Perform price and cost analysis using historical data and market information.
• Conduct fact-finding and develop actionable plans for acquisition issues.
• Coordinate with Contracting Officers, program managers, legal counsel, and finance staff.
• Manage workload, track milestones, identify risks, and communicate with Government staff.
• Prepare compliant acquisition products and maintain audit-ready records.
• Ensure contractor status remains within non-inherently governmental boundaries.
