Job summary

Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) seeks a qualified Contract Analyst to support acquisition management and DoD contracting initiatives. The role requires a DAWIA Level II certification, 5+ years of federal procurement experience, and strong analytical capabilities. Candidates must be U.S.

citizens with the ability to obtain favorable adjudication for clearance. The position is based at WRNMMC in Bethesda, MD, with full-time responsibilities and a focus on complex contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree required with 24 credits in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of federal procurement experience at GS-1102 or equivalent as a contract specialist/administrator.
• DAWIA Contracting Level II certification required.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain favorable security adjudication.

Responsibilities

• Extensive knowledge of acquisition management and federal/DoD contracting principles (FAR/DFARS).
• Proficient price and cost analysis to assess information and determine price reasonableness.
• Develop concrete action plans to solve problems and support broad agency efforts.
• Participate as a team member or lead on diverse task elements; coordinate with others.
