Job summary

Tribal One Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead federal construction projects in and around Killeen, Texas. You will oversee daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage safety and quality, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in compliance with contract documents and federal requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in construction, 3+ years as superintendent on complex projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 7 years of construction field experience.
• Minimum 3 years as Superintendent managing commercial, government, or federal projects.
• Experience overseeing multiple subcontractors and complex construction activities.
• Knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations for federal projects.
• Lead on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and drive safety and quality.
• Monitor schedule, budget, and progress against plans.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents and federal regulations.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain project documentation.
