Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for federal and government construction projects in the Chicago area and beyond. The role focuses on VA Hospitals, NAVFAC, USACE, CPS, and similar contracts, with a strong emphasis on compliance and regulatory requirements.

You will manage multiple federal projects, ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and government officials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, focusing on Federal/Government projects.
• Proven experience with government contracts.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Federal/Government construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and compliant with standards.
• Develop and monitor project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government officials.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage resources and budgets and report to senior management.
• Maintain project documentation per regulations.
