Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager in Chicago to lead complex healthcare and mission-critical construction projects. This role offers real ownership, direct access to leadership, and a clear path toward executive leadership.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in commercial or federal construction, experience with healthcare facilities, and proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office. A Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree is preferred. Federal experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or federal construction experience.
• Experience with healthcare, mission-critical, or occupied facilities.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and building systems.
• Federal construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from award through closeout and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost reporting and change orders.
• Own CPM schedules, milestones, look-aheads, and recovery plans.
• Manage owners, subcontractors, contracts, and procurement.
• Lead and develop Project Engineers and APMs.
