Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of related construction management experience.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Certification.
• Three to five years of construction management experience on federal projects.
• Formal QCM training and EM385-1-1 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project objectives, policies, and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Participate in pre-construction and estimating activities; develop scopes and negotiations.
• Monitor schedule, budget, and quality; implement corrective actions.
• Manage Quality Control and coordinate inspections and mockups.
• Represent company in project meetings; assist in negotiations.
• Manage financial aspects; cost forecasting and subcontract negotiations.
• Ensure on-site personnel comply with safety programs and company policies.
• Prepare owner billings, change orders, purchase orders, and review draw requests.
• Close-out responsibilities, warranty support, and one-year warranty walk-through.
• Enforce safety compliance on-site.
