The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in construction project management, a strong understanding of contract specifications, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Benefits include a comprehensive pay package with a potential salary ranging from $165,000 to $190,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in construction project management.
• 5+ years’ experience in managing personnel.
• Deep understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the project including budget.
• Oversees engineering and scheduling teams.
• Creates and presents monthly cost forecasts.
• Operates as the main contact for third‑party stakeholders.
