Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum ten (10) years of related construction experience and in managing construction projects.
• Valid Driver's License with a clear MVR.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities for the projects to meet safety, funding, and scheduling objectives.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS (if applicable), agency supplements, and contract clauses.
• Develop and manage project schedules per contract requirements (CPM, cost-loaded schedules).
• Oversee Quality Control Plan in line with contract requirements (e.g., USACE/NAVFAC Three-Phase Control System).
• Monitor and control project budgets and schedules.
• Prepare and report project costs, progress, and forecasts including all federal contract documentation.
