Job summary

HHS Government Services LLC in Dripping Springs, TX, is seeking a seasoned Construction Program Manager to lead federal construction projects from preconstruction through warranty, ensuring compliance with FAR, agency supplements, and approved budgets.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
Minimum ten (10) years of related construction experience and in managing construction projects.
Valid Driver's License with a clear MVR.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities for the projects to meet safety, funding, and scheduling objectives.
Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS (if applicable), agency supplements, and contract clauses.
Develop and manage project schedules per contract requirements (CPM, cost-loaded schedules).
Oversee Quality Control Plan in line with contract requirements (e.g., USACE/NAVFAC Three-Phase Control System).
Monitor and control project budgets and schedules.
Prepare and report project costs, progress, and forecasts including all federal contract documentation.
