Job summary

Kokosing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex federal construction projects across the Mid-Atlantic and Eastern U.S. supporting NAVFAC, USACE, and other federal agencies.

The role covers diverse project types from ground-up building construction to utilities and heavy civil infrastructure. The ideal candidate will drive projects safely, on time, and within budget, maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating with Contracting Officers, CORs, and Resident

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Demonstrated NAVFAC and/or USACE project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal construction processes and documentation.
• Experience with CPM scheduling tools and financial management.
• PE license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage CPM-based project schedules.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Coordinate with government agencies, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance per EM 385-1-1.
