Job summary

RS&H seeks an experienced Senior Federal Construction Manager in Key West, FL to lead complex federal building projects from pre-construction through closeout.

You will manage schedule, budget, risk, and quality, coordinating with federal agencies, contractors, and design teams while ensuring compliance with ICD 705 and security requirements. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Licensed General Contractor preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and project controls tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of federal building and facilities projects in Key West and surrounding areas.
• Serve as primary liaison between federal clients, contractors, design teams, and stakeholders.
• Monitor schedule, budget, quality, and risk; manage change orders and RFIs.
• Oversee field inspections, safety compliance, and contract compliance.
• Provide regular status reporting and senior leadership updates.
