GoldenWolf, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Inspector to support a major U.S. Army Corps of Engineers construction program at Blue Grass Army Depot (BGAD) in Richmond, Kentucky.

The role involves daily field inspections, contractor oversight, and QA/QC for a multi-year federal project. The candidate will serve as the Government's field representative on the construction of a 170,000-square-foot magazine and related facilities, requiring deep knowledge of inspection practices

Competenze

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction inspection or related construction disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, industrial, federal, or military construction practices.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, submittals, and contract documents.
• Experience preparing inspection reports and construction documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in an active construction environment.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Richmond, Kentucky.

• Perform daily field inspections and surveillance of construction activities.
• Verify compliance with contract requirements, plans, specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Evaluate workmanship, materials, installation methods, and contractor performance.
• Prepare detailed quality assurance reports and inspection documentation.
• Review contractor quality control plans, safety plans, schedules, and submittals.
• Monitor contractor quality control and safety compliance.
• Attend inspections and provide technical recommendations to project leadership.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities.
