GoldenWolf is seeking a motivated Construction Project Engineer (Junior) to support a major federal construction program at Blue Grass Army Depot (BGAD) in Richmond, Kentucky. You will assist in coordinating on-site construction activities for a 170,000-square-foot magazine and related facilities, collaborating with government personnel, contractors, and leadership to drive project completion.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of construction management or project engineering experience.
• Knowledge of commercial, industrial, or federal construction practices.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work on-site in Richmond, Kentucky.

Aufgaben

• Monitor construction activities for contract compliance.
• Perform quality assurance inspections and field surveillance.
• Review submittals, schedules, quality control plans, and safety plans.
• Support contract administration and construction documentation.
• Track RFIs, submittals, change requests, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
• Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, and change management.
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items.
• Review contractor pay applications and progress reports.
• Assist with preparation of government estimates and contract modifications.
• Support commissioning, final inspections, and project closeout activities.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide status updates to project leadership.
