Job summary

Accura Engineering seeks a Senior Construction Representative for Fort Buchanan. The role involves on-site oversight, surveillance, and reporting on construction phases to ensure compliance with plans and government standards. Must pass federal background checks and drug screen.

Responsibilities include supporting change orders, developing inspection requirements, and monitoring schedules and safety programs. Requires a strong background in DoD/USACE projects and OSHA/EM 385-1-1 familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; construction-related degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years in construction contract administration and inspection on large federal projects (DoD/USACE preferred).
• Experience with RMS 3.0 is preferred.
• Experience with three-phase inspection process and OSHA/EM 385-1-1 USACE Safety Manual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver surveillance reports on construction phases for compliance with plans and specs to government personnel.
• Support investigation and preparation of change orders.
• Develop detailed inspection requirements and control methods.
• Observe construction phases for compliance with schedules and shop drawings; identify problems and advise on contract modifications.
