Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in construction contract administration and inspection on large federal projects.
• Experience with RMS 3.0 and OSHA/USACE safety standards advised.

Responsibilities

• Delivers surveillance reports on construction phases for compliance with plans and specs.
• Supports investigation and preparation of change orders.
• Develops detailed inspection requirements and control methods.
• Monitors construction schedules, specs, and shop drawings for issues.
• Performs site inspections and daily reports including safety notes.
