Valiant Funds seeks a Senior Commercial Litigator for a remote role handling complex disputes across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will bring ~10+ years of experience, strong federal court know-how, and a track record of independently driving cases and strategy.

Responsibilities include managing motions, discovery, and client relationships, with opportunities to own matters and contribute to strategy and outcomes in a high-autonomy environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Federal court experience including motion practice.
• Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Comfort with remote, self-directed work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead case strategy and management from filing to resolution.
• Handle motions, discovery, and coordination with clients and co-counsel.
• Manage relationships with clients and oversee case strategy and outcomes.
• Coordinate with local counsel as needed for hearings and adoptions.
• Travel for hearings, depositions, and proceedings as required.
