Aleut Federal, LLC is seeking a senior, market-facing technical leader in cloud architecture and modernization for U.S. federal environments in Arlington, VA. The role spans opportunity shaping, solutioning, capture, pricing, and post-award delivery assurance.

The ideal candidate designs secure, scalable cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and leads modernization and migration efforts with a focus on mission outcomes and performance. Build, sell, and validate impact across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of U.S. federal experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Hands-on expertise in one cloud platform (AWS or Azure) with ability to architect across both.
• Experience designing secure cloud architectures and supporting solutioning, capture, and proposals.
• Ability to obtain a Position of Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solutioning for cloud-based federal opportunities, including modernization and migration strategies.
• Define cloud architecture discriminators and lead customer-facing architecture sessions and workshops.
• Partner with Business Development and Capture to shape opportunities pre-RFP and defend architectures to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between proposed architectures and delivered implementations.
• Develop cloud-focused solution briefs and reference architectures.
