INTEGRITYOne Partners is seeking a CMM / Business Systems Analyst to bridge CSP operations and the systems supporting those operations. You will analyze configuration, gather requirements, develop use cases, support SCRs, and coordinate releases with OCIO.

Qualifications

5–8+ years in business/systems analysis or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in information systems, IT, CS, business, or related field.
Experience with requirements analysis and documentation.
Experience with use cases/user stories and workflow analysis.
Familiarity with Jira or comparable change-management tools.
Ability to communicate between business users and technical teams.
Experience with testing/UAT support and change/release processes.

Responsibilities
