Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Track funding, commitments, obligations, expenditures, balances, and variances across programs.
• Reconcile financial records across source systems and documentation; investigate discrepancies.
• Support budget formulation and execution activities, spend plans, forecasts, and year-end closeout.
• Review purchase requests, invoices, and other transactions for completeness and compliance.
• Develop recurring financial reports and briefing materials for program managers and senior leaders.
• Coordinate with budget, acquisition, contracting, logistics, training, and program-management personnel.
