Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in federal/government contracting.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly prior to consideration is required.

• Conduct comprehensive financial and data analysis to support federal capital planning, CPIC, LCCE, and benefit-risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain multi-year strategic financial plans aligned with agency goals and funding profiles.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budget justifications to support program execution and decision-making.
• Translate financial requirements into executable budgets while ensuring compliance with agency standards.
• Assess programs for alignment with federal financial regulations and best practices.
• Track progress and manage deliverables to ensure timely completion of financial tasks and reporting milestones.
• Provide clear, actionable financial updates through reports and presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
