Job summary

Constellation Inc. is seeking a Senior Acquisition Manager to support federal programs through the full acquisition lifecycle.

You will author regulatory artifacts, define performance metrics, and ensure compliance with procurement regulations while interfacing with technical stakeholders and executive leadership. The role requires 10+ years in acquisition program management, a master’s degree preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of acquisition program management experience on large government IT programs.
• Strong understanding of acquisition lifecycle artifacts and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop CONOPS translating mission needs into capabilities.
• Draft and maintain Acquisition Plans (AP) and APBs ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Draft/ review CORD/ORD for performance metrics and objectives.
• Lead ADE artifacts development for formal program approvals.
• Create and monitor POA&Ms to track dependencies and recovery paths.
• Prepare high-visibility deliverables for the CAE with data accuracy.
