Job summary

Diaconia is seeking a Senior FMS Acquisition Manager to join our team. The role will manage complex DoD acquisition programs, including SA, FMS, and 1206/1203 activities, and coordinate with USG stakeholders and international partners.

A current passport and willingness to travel OCONUS are required. The ideal candidate will have extensive DoD acquisition experience, advanced degrees or equivalent, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through full life cycle program management.

Qualifications

• Required Advanced Degree with 12+ years of experience in the DoD or related field.
• Or BA/BS with 15+ years of experience in the DoD; five years in DoD required.
• Or 20 years of directly related experience with appropriate certifications, eight in the DoD.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain expert knowledge in SA, technology transfer, export/import compliance, and risk management.
• Support acquisition program management across full life cycle including TPAs, logistics, and training.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing program documentation, LOAD, MRPs, and related acquisition artifacts.
• Travel to foreign OCONUS locations and maintain current passport.
• Coordinate with USG stakeholders, international partners, and other agencies for Government review and release.
• Develop, coordinate, and document program milestones and IPT activities; prepare agendas, briefing materials, and reports.
