Job summary

MinIO is seeking a Federal Senior Account Executive to lead new business development for the Federal practice. You will cultivate and close opportunities with DoD, civilian agencies, and SIs, leveraging your existing federal network to accelerate pipeline from day one.

You will articulate MinIO's value in a federal context, aligning with budget cycles, procurement vehicles, and compliance requirements while working with partners and internal teams to ensure a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Established federal relationships with SIs, resellers, and agency contacts.
• 7+ years in federal/public sector sales with channel success.
• Clearance: Active or ability to obtain.
• BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline through federal partners and systems integrators.
• Leverage your existing federal customer and partner network to accelerate deals.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Tailor MinIO value proposition to federal buyers and procurement cycles.
• Collaborate with federal field architect, channel, and marketing for a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate forecast and visibility of sales activity.
