Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of feature film animation experience.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, character acting, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Maya or Blender; motion capture experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality animation for feature films meeting the director’s vision and project requirements.
• Collaborate with the animation team and other departments for cohesive character performances.
• Interpret and implement creative feedback to refine animation quality.
• Use Maya, Blender, or equivalent tools to create fluid character movements.
• Maintain awareness of latest animation techniques and meet project deadlines.
