Qualifications

• 3-5 years of personal lines insurance, consultative sales, risk advisory, financial services, or related client-facing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct discovery conversations, assess client needs, and explain coverage options.
• Strong analytical, relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to organize and manage a mixed pipeline of company-generated and self‑developed opportunities.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make client‑specific recommendations within established authority.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive discovery conversations to understand clients' assets, lifestyle, and exposures.
• Analyze risk profiles to identify coverage gaps and areas needing protection.
• Evaluate current programs and determine fit for client risk appetite.
