Job summary

World Insurance Associates LLC is seeking a Family Risk Specialist to assess personal risk exposures, tailor protection strategies, and advise clients on home, auto, umbrella, and other personal lines coverages.

In this role you will conduct discovery conversations, analyze risk profiles, and develop integrated coverage packages while building long-term client relationships and managing referrals to grow the book of business.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of personal lines insurance, consultative sales, risk advisory, or related client-facing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct discovery conversations and assess client needs.
• Strong analytical, relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to manage a mixed pipeline of company-generated and self-developed opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive discovery conversations to understand client assets, exposures, and insurance needs.
• Analyze client risk profiles to identify coverage gaps and exposures requiring protection.
• Evaluate existing insurance arrangements and advise on appropriate coverage changes.
• Develop integrated home, auto, umbrella, and personal lines packages for clients.
• Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to present recommended solutions.
• Maintain documentation of findings, recommendations, and client decisions.
