Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Parent Relations Director to own families’ trust and retention across campuses. You will lead hard conversations, protect coaching relationships with Guides, and own campus growth and admissions follow-through when needed.

On-site roles across multiple campuses, you’ll manage parent networks, local partnerships, and community life while leveraging AI tools to support school growth and engagement. Compensation is $200,000 per year, with Park City at $250,000.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning high-trust relationships with families, clients, donors, or members and driving retention/advocacy.
• Track record of holding firm decisions with demanding stakeholders without losing relationships.
• Willing to own campus growth and admissions follow-through when campus phase requires it.

Responsibilities

• Own every family on campus as your relationship; lead hard conversations with clear decisions.
• Partner with Guides as parent-facing co-leader to protect coaching relationships.
• Make real-time calls in ambiguous student/family situations and escalate appropriately.
• Build campus community through traditions, networks, and local partnerships.
• Own growth contributions according to campus phase: growth, retention, referrals, and handoffs to admissions.
