Responsibilities

• Lead complex family law litigation from strategy through resolution and trial.
• Serve as lead counsel in hearings, trials, and other proceedings.

• Develop and execute strategic litigation plans designed to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements with attention to detail.
• Mentor and develop junior and associate attorneys and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Complex family law litigation from initial strategy session through resolution and trial
• Serve as lead counsel in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Regularly appear in court and provide exceptional courtroom advocacy.
• Develop and execute strategic litigation plans designed to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Draft, review, and oversee pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strategic analysis.
• Effectively articulate complex legal concepts through exceptional verbal and written communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Manage and maintain strong client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional advocacy
• Mentor and develop junior and associate attorneys through guidance, feedback, and hands-on training
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff utilizing advanced technology and established systems to maximize efficiency and client service
