Pantheon Health System, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Family Assistant / Nanny-House Manager to support a busy household in Houston. This dual-role requires autonomy, professionalism, and a proactive approach to infant and toddler care while managing day-to-day house operations.

The successful candidate will balance caregiving with errands, vendor coordination, and light housekeeping, ensuring privacy and seamless daily routines for the family.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional, verifiable experience as a nanny, family assistant, or house manager.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and Real ID or equivalent identification for domestic air travel.
• Bilingual skills are highly preferred.
• Reliable personal vehicle and a completely clean driving record.
• Current, up-to-date certification in Infant & Child CPR/First Aid is mandatory.
• Highly organized, proactive self-starter with excellent communication and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Childcare & Development: manage newborn routines, including bottle prep, feeding tracking, soothing, and healthy sleep hygiene; plan and execute enriching, screen-free activities; safely transport the toddler to activities with your own vehicle; handle children's laundry and maintain organized nursery and play areas.
