Job summary

• Able to perform shift work on a 12-hour day shift schedule.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and timeliness in lab tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine analytical jobs using defined procedures meeting cycle time and quality standards.
• Collaborate with lab engineers to define analytical methods and interpret results.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on analytical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Prepare TEM/SEM samples to enable subsequent analyses.
• Use standard software applications for job management and results reporting.
• Identify and address potential improvements to cycle time, utilization and costs.
• Assist with training others to increase efficiency and promote a positive work environment.
• Complete all required reporting and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes with urgency.
